National Notary Coalition
What we work on
Four focus areas. Each one collects the press releases and research filed under it.
See all focus areasPayment & Vendor Accountability
Notaries are reporting completed assignments that remain unpaid, delayed, or ignored after services have been performed.
Platform Practices
Notaries deserve clarity around how platforms operate, how vendors are listed, and how complaints or payment issues are handled.
Data, Privacy & Credentials
Notaries upload sensitive information, credentials, background checks, and business details. We are bringing attention to how that information is collected, stored, and used.
Industry Standards & Oversight
We support clearer expectations, stronger protections, and more consistent standards for companies that rely on notary professionals.
